Your Questions,

  • Connection is the most important factor in successful therapy. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can chat briefly, and you can get a feel for my personality and approach before we schedule a full session.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been navigating, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.

My approach is collaborative and transparent, so you can expect thoughtful questions, open dialogue, and clarity around how we may move forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is a space that unfolds at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Consistency is foundational to the therapeutic process. At the start of our work, I typically recommend meeting weekly to support steady progress and build a strong therapeutic foundation—whether I’m working with you, your relationship, or your child.

As you begin to feel more stable and have developed tools that support you outside of session, we can transition to bi-weekly sessions and eventually monthly check-ins.

I invite ongoing conversations about session frequency throughout our work together, ensuring the pace feels aligned with your needs and goals.

  • The length of therapy is unique to each person and depends on your goals, the concerns you’re navigating, and the pace that feels right for you. Some individuals come for a specific focus over a shorter period of time, while others choose to engage in longer-term work for deeper exploration and support.

Throughout our work, we’ll check in periodically to ensure that therapy continues to feel meaningful, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
