Out-Of-Network Provider

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information (such as diagnosis and services provided) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your specific plan, so I recommend contacting your provider to better understand your benefits.

Forms of Payment

I accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots and am open to discussing options to help make therapy more accessible when possible.
