Good Faith Estimate
At Be Present Therapy, transparency is an important part of care. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance or are choosing to pay out-of-pocket. This estimate is based on the information available at the time and may vary depending on your individual needs, goals, and the length of treatment. A full Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of services through secure intake documentation, and you may request a copy at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
